Danfield Media’s legal name is Aerogetic Pty Ltd trading as Danfield Media. Aerogetic Pty Ltd is a private limited company registered in Queensland, Australia under the Corporations Act 2001. Danfield Media is a business name registered to Aerogetic Pty Ltd under the Business Names Act 1962.

Aerogetic Pty Ltd and Danfield Media are registered for GST in Australia. 10% GST is charged on all goods and services sold by Danfield Media except where the goods and/or services are exported. Danfield Media generally assumes that the goods and/or services are exported if the purchaser’s physical address and/or PayPal account is outside Australia. No taxes are collected by Danfield Media on exported goods and services. The purchaser is liable for all taxes incurred outside Australia.

The name Phillip Danfield is a pen-name. Danfield Media holds records identifying the actual person who writes as “Phillip Danfield”. Wherever a claim is made by Phillip Danfield that can only be made by an actual person, such claim is actually made by that person who writes as “Phillip Danfield”.
